Apply the method to a decision you're actually inside.

The essays and course are the public version. This page is for people who have read the work and want to apply it — with structure, pressure, and a second pair of eyes — to a specific decision.

Everything here is deliberately narrow. I take on a limited number of conversations a quarter so the work stays rigorous.

How we can work together

90-minute session · video or voicePricing on request

1:1 thinking partnership

A structured conversation about one decision you're actually inside — a career move, a financial step, an identity question, a system you're trying to exit. You bring the decision; I bring the frameworks from the course and the questions that make the assumptions visible. You leave with a written recap and a short follow-up path.

Best for

  • Founders deciding whether to stay inside or build outside a structure
  • Writers and builders hitting a ceiling that is not about skill
  • People navigating a specific exit (financial, institutional, geographic)
6-week cohort · 6 people maxWaitlist only — cohorts run quarterly

Small-group advisory

A working group applying the Deprogramming method to live decisions across six weeks. Weekly 90-minute calls, a shared working doc, and direct email access between sessions. Built for people who want the pressure of a peer group without the noise of a community.

Best for

  • People who already completed the course and want structured application
  • Builders whose decisions are interlocking — one exit enables the next
  • Readers who want to be sharpened by others in a similar position
Talks, company workshops, podcast guestInquire with context

Speaking + workshops

Talks on inherited scripts, manufactured consent, decision-making under noise, and building independently. Company workshops for teams doing strategy or culture work who need their thinking cleaned before they commit to direction. Podcast appearances where the frame is genuine inquiry.

Best for

  • Conferences and events on independent work, media, or systems
  • Leadership teams clarifying their actual (vs inherited) direction
  • Podcasts exploring the terrain Originalform works in

Who this is for — and who it isn't

This is for you if

  • You have read at least a few essays and the method makes sense to you.
  • You are applying it to a real decision, not collecting advice.
  • You can articulate the specific question you want to think through.
  • You are not looking for validation — you are looking for clearer thinking.

This is not for you if

  • You want someone to tell you what to do.
  • You are looking for motivation or life coaching.
  • You want to debate politics or ideology.
  • You have not engaged with the free material yet.

How to start

Write a short email — not a form.

Email signal@originalform.org with three things:

  1. 01The decision — one or two sentences on what you're trying to think through.
  2. 02The context — where you are right now (work, life, geography) in broad strokes.
  3. 03Which format you think fits best (1:1, cohort, speaking, or "not sure").

I read every email personally and reply within a week. If there isn't current-quarter availability, I say so — and offer a waitlist.

Before you write

If you haven't yet, read the free material first. The sessions assume you've engaged with the method — they compound on top of it, not from zero.
